Through grassroots dance lessons, peer-to-peer training and artistic research, Solid Ground has found and trained new dancers in Amsterdam, as well as (semi)professional dancers from all over the Netherlands.  

Solid provides opportunity to dancers between 9 to 25 years old to upgrade their skills, with a focus on hiphop and theatre. At our programmes, dancers work on an inspiring environment, together with professional teachers, towards building a theatre piece as well as gaining experience for both the commercial scene and the battle scene.

Past programme editions have had participants dancing for brands like Nike, TV commercials and various theatre performances among other projects.
